Presidio County Courthouse in Marfa, Texas.  The 1886/87 building is an example of Second Empire style, with projecting surfaces and Mansard-style roofs in fashion in Europe in the mid-19th century.  Flowering Crape Myrtle bushes/trees line the streets of the courthouse square.
